Danny Bearsley
Managing Director
Danny is the founder of the Bearsley Group. He manages the day to day operation in conjunction with the operations manager and exporting manager.

Marilyn Bearsley
Director
Co-founder of the Bearsley Group, Marilyn has worked in all areas of the business. Marilyn's present focus is the Group payroll function and assisting with export customers.

Graham Leech
Director
Graham has a wide breadth of experience across both Finance and IT. Graham previously acted as Chief Financial Officer for the Bearsley Group and Finance Director of Norwich Union's IT Change Division in the UK. Graham now provides consultancy services to various companies within the global food supply chain and acts as Finance Director for Rissington Breed line Ltd, a sheep genetics and lamb supply chain specialist.

Rob Hengst
Operations Manager
Rob is responsible for all production on Bearsley Farm land throughout Hawke's Bay. With over 15 years experience in the apple industry, Rob has developed a vast knowledge of local growing conditions to ensure fruit is produced in optimum condition to meet demanding international standards, including Globalgap and Tescos Natures Choice.
A keen sailor in his spare time, Rob has represented NZ at 8 world championships.

Glen King
Labour Services Manager
Glen takes care of all our seasonal labour requirements for orchard and cropping operations. Glen's team also provides contracting services for orchardists and wineries throughout the year. With 10 years experience managing contract labour in Hawke's Bay, Glen focuses on providing the highest level of service to ensure the job is done to the client's satisfaction.
